Good Friday Reflections

How do you celebrate Good Friday?

Good Friday is a day of reflection for Christians to focus on the sacrifice Jesus made. Many churches will participate Worship at the Cross, a short ceremony in which Christians kneel before the cross and affirm their faith.  While other Good Friday services will typically feature a reading of the Passion, the story of Jesus’s death.

Jesus lived knowing he would die.  It was His choice and He did it for us.  Jesus loves you!  He rose victoriously and will come again for us.

Spend time this weekend reflecting on who Jesus is to you.  What He did and what you can do for Him.

Hallelujah

God be praised (uttered in worship or as an expression of rejoicing).

“He is risen! Alleluia!”

An utterance of the word “hallelujah” as an expression of worship or rejoicing.  A beautiful word.

God Bless Everyone!
