Discover Your Voting Voice

Did you know? Voting is a formal indication of a choice between two or more candidates or courses of action, expressed typically through a ballot or a show of hands or by voice.  In the Bible we are given instructions on how to choose and vote, In Acts 1 20-26.  It involves much prayer some follow through and to actually vote for the candidate that God can use.

As Christians we are asked to love our neighbor as ourselves. Our neighbors being those in our neighborhood, city, state, country and the world.

Voting allows us to exercise our voice in the way we believe.

• Take time to prayerfully consider which candidate would do the best job in terms of meeting the needs of myself and my neighbors.
• Elect people who have good ethics and strong morals because they govern from their
  

  America’s Democracy

  character; if their character is bad or faulty their leadership will be also.

• The use of true power is to set people free.  Not what free things the government can give us.
• Officials who will take care of domestic and worldwide commerce in a way that’s balanced, equal and fair. Who will also protect our nation and our borders.
• A president who will not appoint activist judges to the Supreme Court who will then try to change the fabric of our government and society by interpreting the constitution as it was never intended to be understood.
• Allow government to generate fields for all businesses to be prosper.
• Leaders who will balance the budget and not spend more than is made for any reason.

We must vote to give our voice; be informed, prayerful and be a responsible part of the community that God has put us in.  Time is ticking, check your deadline and register today.

Our choices for President may seem pretty bleak and hopeless.  But do not despair God is still our King and when we allow Him, He is control.
